  • Wonder Woman Workshop: Mental Well-Being for Girl Students — Live Online, 3 October

Program announcement · Wonder Woman Workshop · Live online

Every girl carries a quiet war nobody grades her on: the exam that will not leave her head at 2 a.m., the scroll that ends with her feeling smaller than when she began, the voice that says everyone else is managing better. Marks are discussed at every dinner table. The mind that earns them almost never is.

The Wonder Woman Workshop is two hours built for exactly that conversation — a live, online workshop for girl students on mental well-being, where practical psychology and Sanatan wisdom sit side by side, the way they always should have.

    Three sessions, one sitting

    1. Mental Health — a practical talk on understanding stress, improving focus and concentration, and building mental habits that hold up in exam season, not just on calm days.
    2. Sanatan and Mental Health — how Sanatan thought and practice support a calm, balanced and resilient mind. Not a sermon; a toolkit our civilisation refined over millennia, read for what it does to a stressed sixteen-year-old’s evening.
    3. Self-Esteem & the Comparison Trap — the psychology of self-worth: what body image and social-media comparison actually do inside a teenager’s mind, and how confidence is built from within rather than borrowed from a feed.

    The details

    • Who: girl students — school and college
    • When: Friday, 3 October · 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    • Where: live online, in the Indic Warriors learning app — join from wherever you are
    • Fee: ₹99, for Scholar members

    How to enroll

Everything happens from one page: the workshop’s enrollment page. It walks you through whatever applies to you:

    1. New here? Create your free Indic Warriors account first — a person reviews and approves every registration.
    2. A member, but not yet a Scholar? Workshops are a Scholar-member benefit — and Scholar is now just ₹21 a month, opening the full library alongside every program we run. The page takes you through it and brings you straight back.
    3. Already a Scholar? Confirm your details, pay the ₹99 seat, and you are in — your dashboard carries the community link and, close to the day, the joining details.

    → Reserve your seat

Seats are confirmed in order of enrollment. Every enrolled member gets the session community for updates, a contact number for questions, and the recording arrangements shared in-app.

This workshop is the first in Indic Warriors’ new programs series — live, online, membership-first. If this one is not for you but you know a girl student it is for, sending her this page is the most useful share you will make this week.

  • Detoxing Gen Z: Substance & Ideology

Indic Lectures — session notes · Indic Warriors lecture series

This mentoring lecture treats two dependencies with one framework. The first is familiar: substances, screens, and the dopamine economy engineered around young attention. The second is subtler: ideological intoxication — outsourcing one’s judgement to whichever total explanation arrived first, and mistaking the resulting certainty for thought.

The Indic counseling frame addresses both the same way: through the restoration of agency. Practices of attention (the oldest technology we own), the ashrama insight that a student’s dharma is formation before position, and honest mentorship over moralizing. Practical, unpreachy, and built for the students’ corner it serves.

Attend or revisit: session schedules and recordings are announced on the Indic Lectures page; related reading grows on the Counseling & Indic Psychology shelf.

  • Decolonizing Scepticism & Self-Doubt — Live Webinar

Live webinar · Speaker: Dr. Bhanumati Mishra (Founder & Academic Counsellor, Indic Warriors)

Status: Upcoming — date to be announced. Time: TBA (IST). Mode: Online (link shared with registered members).

    About this session

Scepticism is healthy; self-doubt that has been trained into a civilization is not. This session separates the two: how colonial-era framing turned inherited knowledge into a source of embarrassment, and how a student can rebuild confident, critical engagement with the tradition — without abandoning rigour.

    You will leave with

    • A working distinction between critical method and inherited self-doubt
    • Three habits for reading Indic sources with confidence and care
    • A reading list to continue with
